You can cancel your order at the time of the confirmation call — our representative will confirm every order by phone before it is dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, the order amount becomes payable and cannot be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled or altered during the verification call made by our representative. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched to courier logistics, cancellations cannot be processed.

We offer exchanges rather than refunds. If you'd like to return an order you no longer want, the two-way logistics cost (approximately half the order amount) is payable by the customer.
